All data is public and updated continuously.

Yes. Prospexi processes publicly available B2B contact data on the basis of legitimate interest, which is explicitly recognised under GDPR Recital 47 and the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA/APD) guidance on B2B prospecting.
