Aren't NBB accounts publicly available already?

Yes. NBB filings are free to consult. But structured, cleaned, cross-company-comparable data for 1.94M Belgian companies is not what raw NBB gives you. Prospexi's value is the ranking and benchmarking, not the access.

How current is the NBB data you use?

Companies file within 30 days of AGM (typically Q2-Q3 for calendar-year filings). Our most recent NBB dataset is refreshed monthly to catch late filings and corrections.

Can I score prospects based on financial thresholds (e.g. minimum revenue €500K)?

Yes. Financial thresholds are a first-class filter in every ICP definition. You can combine (revenue >€500K) AND (headcount 10-50) AND (sector: professional services) as a single ICP.

What about companies too small to file full NBB accounts?

SMBs file abbreviated statements. We work with what's filed and mark companies where financial data is incomplete so scoring doesn't penalise them wrongly.

Distress-signal filtering

Sector benchmarking
A company growing 8% in a sector averaging 3% is different from one growing 8% in a sector averaging 12%. NBB data lets us benchmark and score relative performance.
